Barbara Lambert

Barbara Lambert, President and Founder of Home to Home for Seniors, launched her career in the senior living and eldercare industry after moving to Texas 12+ years ago, beginning work at a retirement community. As someone who had always felt a lifelong affinity for seniors, the opportunity felt like a true calling. In short order, Barbara’s people skills and exceptional communication led her to being named Business Development Director at the community.

Recruited and hired by A Place for Mom in 2009, Barbara went to work as an Advisor, responsible for helping families find senior living solutions for their loved ones. She quickly fell in love with the job and the purpose it gave her, rising to top national achiever status within the company. When A Place for Mom was sold in 2010, things changed, prompting Barbara to leave and start Home to Home for Seniors.

Home to Home for Seniors embraces the philosophy that “no one should ever have to take this journey alone,” believing no detail is too small when it comes to finding the best solution(s) for families looking at care options for their senior loved one. Advisors at Home to Home for Seniors have a unique style of family advisement, believing care options presented should be custom tailored to seniors’ unique needs and desires. Barbara’s approach of “always do what’s right for the family” has remained a tried and true recipe for success as Barbara grows the company nationwide.
