Claire has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry working for community banks where she excelled at providing genuinely personalized service. During that time, she developed a passion for helping others. She built one on one relationships with her customers and got to know them on both a professional and personal level .

Much of her time was spent assisting senior citizens as they are often a target of fraud and can have difficulties adapting to ever changing digital channels. As she advanced in her career and the banking industry began to evolve in the digital era, she realized it was becoming more difficult to fulfill her passion of being a service to others while working on a corporate level.

Numerous times during her career, Claire witnessed firsthand the struggle many families experience when looking for care options for an aging loved one. The effect on families can be devastating when decisions are having to be made in a hurry with little to no guidance. In May of 2020 Claire decided to leave her corporate career in pursuit of a career in eldercare advisement.
